Group play isn't for every dog — and some days just call for a calm, private space. Day Lodging gives your dog their own suite with a cot and water, from an hour up to a full day. Available Monday through Saturday.
Visiting Monterey? Drop your dog with us while you tour the Aquarium, wander Cannery Row, or drive 17-Mile Drive — the places where pups can't tag along.
Contractors, movers, open doors, loud noises — some days home isn't the safest place for a curious dog.
Hosting an event or family that isn't dog-crazy? Give your pup a calm day away and skip the stress on both ends.
Not every dog loves a pack — and that's okay. Day Lodging offers care and comfort with no group play required.
Day Lodging uses our standard day rates. Add walks, one-on-one playtime with a human, or a treat from the activity menu to break up the day.
Available Monday–Saturday. Reservations required.
One-on-one attention, no pack required.
No temperament test needed for suite-only stays — Day Lodging skips group play entirely.
Tell us when you're coming and we'll have a suite ready. Same-week reservations are usually easy outside holidays.
