No — our facility is fully indoor by design. With over 3,000 square feet of climate-controlled play space, dogs aren't exposed to the elements (rain, heat, wind, or wildlife), and we have full visibility on every group at all times.

In our indoor play rooms. Groups are separated by both size and temperament — so every dog has appropriate playmates — and supervised at all times by trained staff. Each room has space to run, wrestle, or hang out, depending on what each dog wants.

Each overnight guest has their own private suite with a cot. Crates are used only when a specific dog needs that setup for comfort or safety — we'll always discuss that with you in advance.

Through a combination of HVAC, frequent ventilation, and a regular cleaning schedule.

Yes, anytime. Call or text us during business hours and we're happy to give you an update. We always do our best to send a photo or short video update. We want you to feel comfortable while you're away.

• 6:30 AM — first potty and stretch break
• 7:00 AM — breakfast served in your dog's suite
• After breakfast — at least one hour of rest before pack play (reduces bloat risk)
• Mid-morning through early afternoon — supervised group play
• Midday — indoor rest during the warmer part of the day
• 2:30–3:30 PM — afternoon meal in-suite
• After dinner — pack play until closing
• By 6:30 PM — everyone inside for the evening

Yes. Put the diet details and any medications in your dog's online profile, and we'll review them with you at check-in. Bring your dog's regular food in pre-portioned bags so we can keep their diet consistent.

Yes — oral, topical, and insulin medications can be administered up to three times per day. A medication administration fee applies (ask us for current pricing). Please bring meds clearly labeled and let us know the schedule at check-in. Treat/pill pocket-friendly meds work best for oral dosing.

Every guest's suite includes:

• Auto-water bowl
• Blanket and bed
• Food bowl and measuring scoop
• Crate for safe eating and sleeping (when needed)

You bring your dog's food. A familiar bed or favorite toy from home is optional but often helps dogs settle in.

Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) — DHLPP, which adds Leptospirosis, is also accepted — plus Bordetella with a booster every 6 months for daycare and boarding. Dogs must wait 48 hours after any vaccine before their first appointment. All guests also need to be on an effective flea and tick preventative, which we track and verify.

Every new dog completes a one-time temperament test before joining a group — it's free and takes about 4 hours, starting with a visual health check on arrival. We assess leash handling, comfort with staff, dog-to-dog interactions, play style, feeding behavior, and overall health and body language so we can match them to the right group. If group play isn't a fit for your dog, we'll tell you honestly and suggest alternatives.

• Unaltered (intact) males — not permitted in group play, regardless of age
• Dogs with a bite history toward dogs or people
• Female dogs in heat
• Puppies under 16 weeks (must have 16-week shots)
• Dogs with terminal late-stage illness or who are fragile elderly
• Dogs recently adopted from a shelter (30-day waiting period at home before joining us)
• Dogs needing complex medical care (drains, sutures, bandage changes) unless pre-approved

Group play comes with some inherent risk — minor scrapes from rough-and-tumble play happen occasionally, and even vaccinated dogs can catch canine cough since the Bordetella vaccine reduces but doesn't eliminate risk. Our screening, supervision, and cleaning routine minimize both. If anything comes up during your dog's stay, we'll loop you in right away.
